If any amendment materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms, 666dp will endeavour to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666dp is incorporated or registered.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
